Conversion of two office floors into twelve residential units within a mixed-use building in Renens, in the western Lausanne region.
Challenge
From a technical perspective, the primary challenge was working within an existing raised-floor services distribution system, while the number of vertical service risers available on each floor plate was limited. Beyond the conversion itself, the project served as a catalyst for upgrading the building to current standards, notably with regard to fire safety and accessibility.
