Renovation / high-performance renovation / expansion of a semi-detached village house in Geneva’s protected Zone 4B
Challenge
Equipped with new prefabricated wood-frame structures and interior insulation, the project was able to aim for a High Environmental Performance (HPE) renovation. The roof was completely redone, including the addition of a dormer window, which made it possible to utilize the attic space and take full advantage of the available volume.
