Nestled in the heart of the Alps, this residence enjoyed an exceptional setting but lacked warmth, functionality, and sufficient storage for extended stays. The double-height living space was underutilized, and the interior atmosphere did not fully reflect the welcoming character of a mountain retreat.

Our intervention unlocks the full potential of the space by creating a warm and calming environment that connects closely with the surrounding landscape. Natural wood, authentic materials, and soft lighting shape a harmonious interior where comfort, serenity, and functionality coexist. Bespoke joinery and integrated storage solutions optimize the available space while preserving the overall sense of openness and elegance.

At the heart of the project, a custom floor-to-ceiling library enhances the double-height living area. Framing the large windows and showcasing the alpine panorama, it also discreetly incorporates an integrated audio system. Both functional and sculptural, this bespoke feature becomes the focal point of the renovation, transforming the residence into a refined contemporary retreat deeply rooted in its natural surroundings.
